Forum Meeting to Discuss Repayment Options

Dear Fellow Leaseholder,
I wanted to thank you
for attending the North Lambeth Area Leasehold Forum recently.
The meeting was extremely well attended and provided the Chief Executive
of Lambeth Living an opportunity to hear your views on how poorly the
service is being managed and the issues we all face to get our estimates/bills,
on time and 100% correct as well as other important issues affecting
you.
On the agenda we had
an item for the repayment options for Service Charges (i.e Major Works).
Unfortunately the paper was not provided for the meeting and we agreed
that we would send you the full paper and ask for your comments.
However, on hindsight,
I feel that this may not be the best use of time for the officers nor
yourself and therefore would like to invite you to an extraordinary
meeting of the Forum. The details are above.
It is important that
you take this opportunity to give your feedback on the proposed options,
which will be voted upon by your elected representatives at the Leasehold
Executive meeting on June 11th, 2009. This process
has taken years to get to this point. Your input at this stage
is extremely important and we welcome your comments.
If you cannot make
the meeting, please forward your comments in writing for the attention
of Liam Kelly at North Lambeth Area Housing Office, 91 Kennington Lane,
SE11 4HQ Your comments must be
received by Friday, June 5th, 2009.
Liam will not be able to respond to your questions as they will be forwarded
to the appropriate officer for this project.
