I have since been advised that this should be passed to the term contractor. A job has now been raised. Job no. 353506/1 - The missing panel area has been shabbily covered with black tape. LSTM Denise Nunn St. John - Project Manager for the Environmental Improvement Programme - has confirmed that this is a project being funded through the LRP only at Wedgwood house and will form part of a larger contract probably sometime in the new year; no specific date available. 12.8.09

20 13 17.7.08 TRA says there are a lot of broken paving slabs on the estate. LSTM LST to identify location of all broken paving slabs to be renewed on the estate. This will need to be done as a joint venture with Borough Responsive repairs as most of the broken paving is due to overgrown tree roots on the estate - Due to budget restraints we are unable to do this as an estate project, therefore individual slabs will be replaced as and when identified. 30.9.08

23 16 17.7.08 As directed by the Anti-social behaviour officer, the LST have been locking the bin chambers on New China Walk to prevent vagrants and drug users sleeping in them during the night. The residents would like the chambers left open and another solution sort for this problem. Anti-social Behaviour Officer Email sent to Eric Adetifa to liaise with the Safer Neighbourhood team and the TRA to find another solution to this problem. 24 17 17.7.08 Residents would like new plants put in the beds on the grassed area opposite Astbury House Veolia Veolia have been asked to provide a quote as to how much this will cost - As there is currently low level shrubs already in the bed I have asked Veolia to continue maintaining them. We may look to plant new flowers in the next financial year. 3.10.08
25 18 17.7.08 The resident at no.25 Astbury has died and the residents would like her motorised scooter removed from the front of the block. Housing Officer Elaine Brown - Housing officer is liaising with relevant persons to have this removed - We have now arranged for Connaught to have it removed. 26 19 17.7.08 A make shift disabled ramp has been erected to the entrance of Bristol House. Who put this there? And can a proper ramp be put there? Surveyor Donovan Gordon - Surveyor - has informed me that this is a temporary ramp before a permanent one is fitted 24.7.08
27 20 17.7.08 Residents request that the ground between Bristol House and Astbury House be resurfaced as it is uneven. LSTM Due to the financial restraints this cannot be looked at in this financial year 24.7.08
28 21 17.7.08 There is a small new tree on the green area in front of Astbury House that has no support around it and is in danger of breaking. Tree Section The tree section has informed me that they have no tree surgeons at the moment that are able to carryout an inspection.
